Two ports, ten minutes apart
Roatán has two cruise terminals and they are not the same place. Mahogany Bay handles Carnival-group ships and sits east of Coxen Hole; Coxen Hole Town Center (Port of Roatán) takes Royal Caribbean, NCL and others and sits in town. Both are Zone 1, so both price the same — we just need to know which one your ship uses.
The all-aboard is the only deadline that matters
We build the day backwards from your all-aboard time rather than forwards from the gangway. That means a hard turnaround time on every stop and a buffer for the drive back through Coxen Hole, which is the one place on the island that reliably slows down when several ships are in.
What most cruise passengers actually book
- A drop-off at West Bay Beach and a pick-up at an agreed time
- A private vehicle by the hour, so the group can change its mind mid-morning
- An island drive taking in the viewpoints, Coxen Hole and French Harbour
- Transport between the pier and whichever operator you booked an activity with
Independent transport is almost always cheaper than the ship's excursion desk for the same beach, but the responsibility for the clock moves to you — which is exactly why we put the return time in writing when we confirm.
